Concordia Association of Student Physical Therapists (CASPT)
CASPT is the student organization that is the voice of the students in the Concordia University Physical Therapy Program. The group promotes a professional spirit among the physical therapy students along with coordinating numerous activities to future enrich each fellow student’s education. With the help of our faculty advisor, 戴尔Gerke, we host PT activities, coordinate social events, orchestrate fundraising opportunities, 志愿者, encourage participation in state and national events, and connect students to a professional network.
Concordia University Wisconsin Student Social Work Organization (SSWO)
SSWO serves to bring together students with a uniting career interest: social work. Our purpose is to help students view their academics, 社会, 教堂, and 社区 as possibilities to serve. We further aim to enhance their intellectual, 情感, and spiritual development through activities, 志愿服务, and professional development opportunities. Some of our projects include the Crop Walk Hunger Drive, facilitating activities for Social Work month, making and donating blankets for those in need, participating in Child Abuse Awareness month. National Student Speech Language and Hearing Association
NSSLHA is a pre-professional association for graduate and undergraduate students interested in the study of communication sciences and disorders. The purpose of the organization is to provide opportunities for networking through interaction, exchanging of ideas, and sharing of knowledge with other communication sciences and disorders students. NSSLHA also functions to develop the interests and skills pertaining to the field of speech-language pathology as well as to promote awareness through creative events, 客座演讲, 会议, 筹款活动, 和巴黎人直营注册.
Pre-Physical Therapy Club
Pre-Physical Therapy Club is a 社区-focused organization that helps prepare students to enter graduate-level studies in physical therapy. The club’s aim is provide students with the tools necessary to successfully gain admittance to physical therapy school through 志愿者 opportunities, 演讲嘉宾, and social events.
Student Occupational Therapy Association (SOTA)
SOTA strives to enhance the students’ knowledge of the profession of occupational therapy through professional, 教育, 社区, and social activities. The organization will facilitate opportunities for collaboration among students, as well as provide meaningful, productive interaction with faculty. 学生 engage in regular social events, highway cleanup service, attend the AOTA Conference, and monthly 会议 with occasional 演讲嘉宾.
