What is a mentorship?
The CUW Alumni Mentor Program establishes meaningful, personal, 以及中美大学在校生和校友之间的专业辅导关系.

How does the mentorship work?
The CUW Alumni Relations and the 学术咨询和职业发展中心(CAACE); in partnership with the academic schools, 为中大各年级在读学生共同赞助中大校友导师计划. 学生导师会与校友导师配对，校友导师是根据对中大使命的信念精心挑选的, expertise in their industry, and commitment to vocation. 导师和学员被鼓励亲自见面, when possible, 但没有人会因为地理位置而被排除在外. Student (mentee) expectations:
- Submit application and faculty reference

- Attend monthly meetings, and scheduled events
- Attend celebration event late April

Alumni (mentor) time commitment:

- One-hour (minimum) monthly meetings, to be arranged as convenient, September through April; additional meetings are encouraged
